2. Eligibility
You may use Allfixx Agent only if you are allowed to operate this computer and to open the folders you attach.

3. Account Registration
This local instance does not create a hosted Allfixx account. The Sign in page explains that there is no cloud account to register here.

4. Use of Allfixx Agent
Allfixx Agent is a local AI coding workspace. You choose a folder, ask questions, and may approve proposed edits and commands.
Ask mode is for reading and explanation. Agent mode can propose writes and terminal commands. Those actions wait on your approval.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the folders you open, the prompts you send, and the approvals you grant.
You must have the right to view and change the files in the opened folder. You must not use the product to work on systems or data you are not authorized to handle.
6. Acceptable Use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited misuse includes illegal activity, malware, unauthorized access, credential theft, fraud, spam, abusive automation, privacy violations, intellectual-property violations, attempts to bypass security controls, and other misuse of Allfixx services.
7. AI-Generated Content
Model output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsafe to apply without review. You remain responsible for reviewing diffs, commands, and any code before you accept it.
Review needed: ownership, license, and warranty treatment of model output have not been finalized for a commercial agreement.
8. User Code and Files
Files stay in the folder you open on this computer unless you move or copy them yourself. Opening a project does not publish that folder to a shared Allfixx server.

9. Intellectual Property
Allfixx Agent, its interface, and its documentation are product materials. Your source files remain yours, subject to the rights of their actual owners.

10. Third-Party Services
The workspace may call model services that are configured on this machine. Those services have their own terms.
